Mendoker's pastries are the soul creation of yumologists. Once again, only the finest ingredients available are used. Pure chocolate and heavy creams are the primary ingredients for our famous ganache.

Our ganache covered French eclairs are filled with heavy cream whipped with different flavouring to make delectable mousses. They are heavenly!

All of our pastries are very fancy and can be arranged on a party platter for you and your guests to enjoy. Many can be made in a "mini" form as well for finger-licking good dessert sampler trays.

Butter & Specialty Cookies

What can i say? What you put into a product is what you get out of it. We use all butter in our cookies and you can tell by the tons that we sell. Our butter in our cookies are sold by the pound, and one pound boxes are made up fresh every morning for your convenience.

Decorative wrapped trays are also available for your special occasion.

Our character cookies are decorated by hand and modified to keep up with the times and trends. You have to keep our youngest customers happy! Nothing makes a kid happier than to take a giant smile face cookie home in his own bag.
