| Mendoker's Catering has been in service since the early 60's when my Mom, Evelyn, would make Manhattan clam chowder on Friday afternoons for our customers to take home for dinner. Back then, my aunt would make the deli salads for the store everyday. Since that time, Mendoker's has grown ten fold. |

My family saw a niche in a market that today grows beyond belief. For example, on a picnic holiday we will peel 700 lbs. of potatoes, make 350 lbs. of macaroni salad, and prepare 400 lbs. of party wings. |
| Even today, we grow with the needs of the market. We fax a daily lunch menu to over two hundred customers with hot and cold prepared foods. The addition of our new Corporate-Catering Menu and our delivery service to convenience companies and offices. On major holidays we've had 5 delivery trucks on the road bringing party platters to office parties. |

My life long friend, Chef Paul Sigle heads all of Mendoker's catering. Chef Paul graduate from Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts Institue with honors. He makes good food taste great!. Whether it's Chef's famous chicken marsala or potato salad, he'll see that it's the best.
