Mendoker's cake is what made us what we are today. I pride myself on buying the best ingredients ranging from imported cocoa to the highest quality shortening. In order to make the best, you have to start with the best.	The cakes today are made the same way they were when my father and grandfather made them. They are still baked in the same brick oven as yesteryear.

Specialty Cakes

At Mendoker's, we believe that every cake for a birthday or a special occasion should be custom ordered. Your birthday comes only once a year and you should get what you want , not something generic. We can make your 1st, 21st, 61st, or 101st birthday special and unique for you.

The kids have tons of options with our trendy character scenes. In addition, our decorators are always coming up with new ideas and a theme scene for the fanatic in your life.

For your yearly anniversary, or a special milestone anniversary, we can recreate the same tastes that you had on your wedding day.
	With our Sweet Art machine, we can even recreate an image from your special day right on top of the cake.

Wedding Cakes

Our Wedding Cakes are very unique items.Some local restaurants and halls use our cakes exclusively whereas they are an upgrade item at others. Between the time you select your cake and the time you cut it on your wedding day, we will have invested 20 hours to help create your dream come true.

We make your wedding cake the way you want it, whether it's chocolate, vanilla, marbled. carrot, or even cheesecake. We promise the cake of a lifetime, second to none!

My personal wedding cake was constructed of 19 layers, could have fed an innumerable amount of people, and would have retailed for over $2,000.
